We are partnering with a leading manufacturing organization that is investing heavily in strengthening its operational performance and technical capabilities across its facility network. They are seeking an experienced operations and maintenance leader to take ownership of sitewide reliability, equipment performance, and technical execution standards.
This is a high impact leadership role responsible for building capability, improving uptime, and driving consistency in maintenance and operational support practices across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of maintenance and technical improvement initiatives across the site
- Partner with operations, engineering, and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize equipment and maintenance needs
- Develop and implement long-term strategies to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and overall performance
- Lead, develop, and support a technical team responsible for maintenance execution and support activities
- Establish and improve processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure operational consistency and compliance with internal and external standards
Background Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related technical field
- Proven experience in maintenance, reliability, or technical leadership within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of maintenance systems, equipment performance, and plant support operations
