Must have experience at companies distributing chemicals, importing and leading a team.
The ideal candidate must have the capability to manage day-to-day operations as the owner transitions into focusing on business growth.
The role involves onboarding 20-30% of our retained client’s existing business. A successful candidate must be able to source and sell effectively while maintaining long-term company stability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ of experience in distribution of commodity chemical sales
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ of sales leadership experience
