Why Animal Nutrition Companies Choose a Specialist Search Partner

A generalist recruiter reads a resume. We read the business behind it. Our dedicated Animal Health practice is led by Michele Baxley, whose background includes extensive manufacturing operational leadership across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty chemicals, and animal health industries. That firsthand experience helps us weigh technical qualifications, leadership capability, cultural alignment, and familiarity with the realities of animal nutrition. A dedicated research team lets us reach experienced professionals who are not looking at job boards. To learn more about who we are, visit About Boaz Partners.

Retained Search, Built Around Your Business

Every engagement starts with your business objectives, culture, technical requirements, and leadership needs, and we build a targeted plan from there. Candidates are identified through direct research in feed manufacturing, nutrition science, product development, and commercial operations. Each one is reviewed by a researcher, a recruiter, and executive management before you meet them. That is how our Charlotte Animal Nutrition Recruiters keep shortlists tight and relevant to your business.
