Dallas Animal Nutrition Recruiters
If you lead a company that develops, manufactures, or distributes nutritional products for production animals, Boaz Partners built this search practice with you in mind. As one of the Dallas Animal Nutrition Recruiters your leadership team can work with, we focus on feed, feed additives, ingredients, and nutrition science for bovine, poultry, and swine markets.
We do not recruit for veterinary clinics or companion animal care. We understand the scientific, operational, and commercial talent that keeps livestock production supplied and performing, and we serve employers in Dallas and across Texas.
How We Handle Searches for Animal Nutrition Leaders in Dallas
Dallas Animal Nutrition Recruiters at Boaz Partners work as a retained search partner, not a resume supplier. Our Animal Health practice is led by Michele Baxley, whose manufacturing operational leadership spans pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty chemicals, and animal health industries.
That firsthand experience shapes how we evaluate candidates: technical qualifications, leadership capability, cultural alignment, and a working grasp of the business realities in animal nutrition. Our dedicated research team also reaches experienced professionals who are not actively looking, which is often where the strongest candidates are found. We search for:
-
Engineers
-
Scientists
-
Executives
-
Product Managers
-
and more!

How Our Search Process Runs
Every engagement begins with your business objectives, culture, and technical requirements, so the recruiting strategy fits your organization rather than a template. Our triple-screen evaluation means researchers, recruiters, and executive management each review a candidate before you see them. Dallas Animal Nutrition Recruiters from our team identify people through direct outreach and industry relationships, not job postings.
For Dallas-area employers, that approach matters most when a role is sensitive or hard to fill. A confidential search lets you explore the market without signaling a change to your own team or competitors.
Where Dallas Animal Nutrition Recruiters Focus Their Industry Expertise
Our work centers on the businesses that support production agriculture. Bovine, poultry, and swine each carry distinct nutritional requirements, production systems, and commercial needs, and the professionals who succeed in one market do not always transfer cleanly to another. We connect you with people who understand how nutrition science, manufacturing, and commercialization meet. That covers feed manufacturing, feed additives, premixes, vitamins and minerals, probiotics, and feed efficiency. If your needs run broader, our expertise spans several technical fields, including these:
-
Aerospace
-
Defense
-
Medical
-
Energy
-
Industrial
-
Nano-engineering
-
Semiconductors
-
EV
-
Sporting
