Boaz Partners, was founded in March of 2015 out of a desire to change the Executive Recruiting industry. The name Boaz Partners, comes from the Old Testament book of Ruth, where Boaz was known for his swiftness, integrity and transparency; our founder, Wes Washington.

Wes Washington is the Founder and Managing Director of Boaz Partners. He spent 6 years learning the recruiting business in a firm owned by his late father, Russ Mountain. The recruiting industry aligns well with Wes’s goal of helping others reach their personal and professional goals. Having a passion for leadership and leading others, Wes focuses on the leadership level of organizations to fulfill his desire to positively impact organizations.
Wes spent 8 years learning how to serve, educate, and promote businesses in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry. The insurance business provided a vast exposure to different industries. The experience translated well to the recruiting business by providing an understanding of the many forms of manufacturing.
Wes is a proud graduate of Auburn University where he studied Economics in one of the most accomplished economics departments in the U.S. He spent several years in Tennessee where he met his wife before returning to Georgia. He and his wife, Tricia, are proud parents of 3 sons and a daughter who follow their father’s passion for the outdoors.

Michele is the VP of Recruiting and team lead for life sciences recruiters at Boaz Partners, joining the team in 2015. She spent over 30 years in manufacturing operational leadership roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty chemicals and animal health industries.

Jeff is a Sr. Search Executive within the Florida office and a member of Boaz Partners Specialty Chemicals practice. Jeff’s expertise is recruiting leadership talent across multiple sectors in the chemicals and process industries such as fragrances, flavors, cosmetic, personal care, and plastics.
Over his 20 year career as an executive search and talent consultant, Jeff has conducted Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and Senior Leadership Projects. Jeff’s clients include portfolio companies of leveraged buyout and venture capital firms, middle market manufacturing organizations and small tolling/custom manufacturing organizations.
When he’s not helping his clients, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife Rachel and 3 kids (Allie, Troy, and Declan) coaching youth league baseball, and grilling out by the pool.
