Michele is the VP of Recruiting and team lead for life sciences recruiters at Boaz Partners, joining the team in 2015. Her passion for customer service and relationship building has uniquely positioned her as a partner to her clients and aided in her ability to make a cultural match with incoming talent for her client organizations.

She spent over 30 years in manufacturing operational leadership roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty chemicals and animal health industries.

Michele holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University as well as an MBA in Global Management.
