Ricky joined the Specialty Chemicals team as a Sr. Search Consultant and Business Development Manager in December 2020. Ricky brings 30+ years’ experience in positions of increasing responsibility with Eastman Kodak and Campbell Soup Company in various Sales Leadership, Marketing, Sales Planning, and Supply Chain & Logistics roles. He has been in the recruiting industry for 5+ years. He is a 2022  Boaz Brass Presidents Club award winner.

Ricky is a Wright State University graduate with a BA in Political Science.
