Sylvia joined the team in 2020.

She spent 15 years with the consumer products industry and worked at corporate organizations and agencies supporting new product development with consumer insights prior to starting her recruiting career 5 years ago.  She is experienced with recruiting talent in sales, marketing, e-commerce, finance, operations and engineering roles.

She enjoys conversations where she can match career paths with our clients’ talent needs.  She also likes to gather with friends and family around a dinner table.

Sylvia has a BS in Biology, a Masters in Applied English Linguistics as well as an MBA.
