Wes Washington is the Founder and Managing Director of Boaz Partners, bringing a deep passion for leadership and talent development to the executive search industry. He began his recruiting career under the mentorship of his late father, Russ Mountain, gaining six years of experience before launching Boaz Partners. Wes is driven by a commitment to helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals, focusing on leadership-level placements that make a lasting impact on organizations.

Before entering executive search, Wes spent eight years in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry, where he gained broad exposure to various manufacturing sectors. This experience provided him with a strong foundation for understanding diverse industries and their unique talent needs.

A proud graduate of Auburn University, Wes studied Economics in one of the nation’s top-ranked programs. After spending several years in Tennessee, he returned to Georgia, where he and his wife, Tricia, are raising their three sons and daughter. An avid outdoorsman, Wes enjoys sharing his love for nature with his family.
