What Having a Recruiting Research Team Means for Our Clients and Candidates

At Boaz Partners, LLC we have a team of dedicated researchers. This is all they do, and therefore have become experts in finding top talent in the passive marketplace, specific to our clients’ needs and position specifications. Our researchers scour our internal database, our network in the 10th largest search firm in the world, as well out outside resources on the internet, compiling a list of 80 to over 200 names of candidates who qualify based on written resumes or profiles. The list is fluid and constantly being added to and modified as candidates move through our internal interview process. All information is obtained through the public domain as well as referrals.

What this means for our candidates is you are identified and “paired” with a specific opportunity that meets your specific background and skills, and not from a paid list of names. Chances are if we came across your profile, your skill set meets the requirements for a requisite we are currently working on. It is through our internal interview process that we gain knowledge from our candidates about whether they are open to make a change, and what they want in their next step to determine if there is in fact a match on multiple levels such as role, responsibility, location and culture: all aspects outside of capability to do the job.
