Boaz Tradeshow Recap:

Our team had the opportunity to attend the International Elastomer Conference and SupplySide West this month. Tradeshows are important because they allow Boaz to not only make new connections in the industry, but also gather market intel and information. We can then use this information in our searches and to also educate our clients on what is trending in the market and industry. It also gives the opportunity to meet with the clients and candidates we work with, as most of our work is on a national level and therefore over the phone. Here is what our Executives had to say about the shows:

"Wes and I recently attended the International Elastomer Conference in Cleveland. It was a great opportunity to meet current clients and candidates, and to network within the rubber industry. Our practice in that space continues to grow, and we are looking forward attending the show again next year in Knoxville." – Kyle Johnstone

"The industry is moving from synthetic colors and ingredients to more natural based, so companies are looking for the right partners to help them source those natural ingredients. This trend is evident with the over 17K attendees at SupplySide West recently in Vegas and the anticipated record turnout for Natural Products West coming up in March of 2020."
– Jeff Bennett
