Virtual Placement
Though we are all still learning to adhere to pandemic safety and standards, interviews and hiring have not been halted for companies. We have been advising hiring managers to continue to have conversations and interviews as candidates have shown to be more available to speak; it’s the perfect time for top grading. Our Life Sciences team made an entirely virtual placement. The entire interview process being conducted virtually with the help of phone and video interviews which ultimately led to a hire.There are ways to continue to have conversations while social distancing, whether that be virtually or in person with masks and sitting at opposite ends of conference tables. It takes about 60 days to make a new hire, so if you are looking to hire in Q3, now is the time to prepare for those future hires to come out of this challenging time even stronger.
